Benefits and Advantages
- A minimum pay rate of Secondary School Teachers is at least M1 – £172.98 per day on approval to the new framework.
- A variety of daily, short‑term, and long‑term positions to suit your needs.

- A dedicated account manager with a background in teaching.
- A £125 recommend a friend scheme (T&C’s apply).
- Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company.
Successful Secondary School Teachers must:
- Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or a BA in Education.
- Have experience of teaching within the UK.
- Be able to set high standards.
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline.
- Plan innovative and creative lessons.
- Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum.
All candidates who register with Education Supply Pool will undergo a vetting process which includes obtaining 2 satisfactory relevant references and an enhanced DBS check. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
