Role Overview
Are you a Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) keen to start your induction and complete your sessions whilst gaining valuable teaching experience in schools? If so, Education Supply Pool are looking for NQTs living in the Monmouth area. Education Supply Pool work with a variety of schools throughout the Monmouth and surrounding boroughs including Newport, Lydney, Blanau Gwent and Usk. As a Newly Qualified Teacher, supply teaching can provide you with exciting opportunities to gain valuable teaching experience in several different settings and can set a solid foundation for the start of your career. We at ESP are looking for Newly Qualified Teachers who are passionate about working with young people. This role demands enthusiasm, patience, and a diverse set of skills. We need candidates who are willing to step up to this challenging role with confidence that they can help to develop and nurture these young minds on their way to success.
Responsibilities
- Successful candidates must be able to set high standards, deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline.
- Inspire and motivate pupils.
- Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum.

Qualifications
- Have obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) OR a PGCE BA in Education.
