Education Supply Pool is a PAYE employer recruiting Secondary Teachers for Ystrad Mynach and its surrounding areas. We are looking for a Secondary Teacher who has obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE, or a BA in Education who is a qualified Secondary Teacher. This role will support any day‑to‑day, short‑term and long‑term positions on supply, giving you the opportunity to gain experience across different school settings and maintain a flexible schedule you control.

Responsibilities
- Have strong classroom and behaviour‑management skills
- Have experience of teaching within the UK
- Be able to set high standards
- Hold a UK driver’s licence
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline
- Plan innovative and creative lessons
- Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum
- Maintain necessary assessment of pupils
- Be able to inspire and motivate pupils

Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- PGCE or a BA in Education qualifying you as a Secondary Teacher
