Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting Teaching Assistants to support everyday, short‑term and long‑term positions on behalf of schools in Blackwood and the surrounding areas. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education, or relevant experience within an education setting. Teaching Assistants are a crucial part of the education workforce in Wales. The role is vital to supporting and motivating children in Wales. Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education, or relevant experience within an education setting.
  • Minimum of 3 months’ experience inside a UK primary or secondary classroom or teaching assistant environment.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing lessons across all areas of the school curriculum, considering varied levels of student abilities.
  • Follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
