Are you currently a Student Teacher looking to expand your experience whilst you complete your teaching qualification? Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting for Student Teacher’s to begin work in Blackwood and its surrounding areas on a supply basis immediately. Supply work is ideal for those wanting to experience different schools, for those wanting to retain flexibility around their work and those wanting to sharpen their skills before embarking on a more permanent placement. Holding a Valid UK driver's licence would increase opportunities for work.
Qualifications and Experience
- Are you on course to obtain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), a PGCE or a BA in Education?
- Have a minimum 3-month experience of teaching within a UK Primary or Secondary School.
- Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline.
- Plan innovative and creative lessons with the correct Education and Training.
- Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum.
- Maintain necessary assessment of pupils.
- Be able to inspire and motivate pupils.
