About the role
Connex Education is seeking flexible, enthusiastic, and reliable Secondary Teachers and/or NQT's to join our team on a supply basis to support schools across Swansea, Llanelli, Ammanford and Neath Port Talbot from September 2026. Assignment details
Your role will include delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, contribute to creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, and work closely with colleagues. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management and subject knowledge, adaptability and a positive, can-do attitude.

Person Specification
- PGCE or BEd with QTS qualification
- DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
- EWC registered
