Role Overview: This position is dedicated to the delivery of Level 3 Marketing apprenticeships (MCM), aimed at developing specialist knowledge and skills across a diverse learner base. A minimum of 3–4 years of industry experience in marketing is essential. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver and assess Level 3 and Level 4 marketing apprenticeship programmes and ASF-funded marketing and content courses. * Support recruitment and engagement activities such as open evenings, taster sessions, and employer liaison to meet personal and departmental targets across adult learning, apprenticeships, and short courses. * Manage a caseload of employer clients, ensuring strong business relationships, learner progression, and the development of new business opportunities. * Design and deliver a blended, digitally-enhanced curriculum that supports learners in developing sustainable Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSB), adapting materials to meet individual learner needs. * Assess learner work, provide detailed and constructive feedback, and collaborate with learners and employers to set development goals in line with internal policies. * Use learners’ initial assessments and starting points to create tailored, meaningful learning targets, ensuring commitment from all stakeholders to support learner success. * Monitor learner progress through regular reviews, engaging both learners and employers, and set ambitious learning objectives while meeting individual KPIs. * Track learner performance accurately, assess risks to timely completion, and implement interventions as needed. * Address and review additional learner needs, ensuring safeguarding concerns are managed proactively and in accordance with company policies. * Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and generate a sustainable pipeline of new learners for apprenticeship and short course programmes. About You: * A motivating and inspirational educator with a passion for learner success. * Strong communicator with excellent coaching and mentoring skills. * Proficient in using digital tools and platforms to support and enhance online learning. * Creative and innovative in designing engaging learning resources. * Highly organised and able to manage workload effectively. * Adaptable and flexible in approach. Requirements: * A minimum of a Level 5 qualification in Marketing. * Strong analytical skills and excellent time management. * A collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities. * A recognised teaching and learning qualification (e.g., PTLLS or equivalent). * Based within a commutable distance to Manchester.
