We are currently working with a specialist school in Leicester that caters for children and young people up to the age of 16. Every pupil has an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), and the school is dedicated to providing personalised learning tailored to individual needs through creative and flexible approaches.
This day-to-day role offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to gain valuable classroom experience in a rewarding specialist setting.
The Role

Supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs in both group and 1:1 settings

Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning plans in line with EHCPs

Promoting independence, inclusion, and positive engagement in school life
