Education Personnel, one of the leading education recruitment agencies in the East Midlands, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded secondary school in Ripley. This is a full-time role starting immediately and running until the end of the academic year.

The Role

Support pupils across the school in their learning, wellbeing, and personal development

Assist classroom teachers in delivering lessons and providing one-to-one or small group support

Help manage behaviour and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment

Support students with additional needs or learning difficulties

Contribute to the smooth running of the school day and educational activities

The Ideal Candidate

Graduate qualified or with relevant experience in education or child development

DBS cleared or xiskglj willing to obtain
