Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated individual with a passion for helping children learn? We are seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team in Leicester, starting this September. Contract Type: Full-Time
Start Date: September 2025
Pay Rate: 80-100 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
  • Assist in preparing classroom materials and creating a stimulating learning environment.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive atmosphere.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN).

The Ideal Candidate

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
  • A genuine passion for education and child development.
