We are seeking a Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team in Leicester, starting this September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and to become part of a supportive and friendly school community. Location: Leicester Contract Type: Full-Time Start Date: September 2025 Pay Rate: ££80-100 per day per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities) Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teachers to support the educational and personal development of primary-aged children. You will: * Provide one-on-one and small group support to students. * Assist in preparing classroom materials and creating a stimulating learning environment. * Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive atmosphere. * Support students with special educational needs (SEN). The Ideal Candidate: To be considered for this role, you must have: * A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. * Experience working with children in a school or similar setting. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Patience, creativity, and a proactive attitude. * A genuine passion for education and child development.
