The role:

Key responsibilities:
- Lead whole-class and small-group sessions under teacher guidance
- Deliver differentiated and targeted learning tasks, including SEND support
- Support personalised learning with adapted resources and interventions

- Track pupil progress and support planning and assessment
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and external professionals
Person specification:
- HLTA qualification (or equivalent)
