At Education Personnel, one of the leading education recruitment agencies in the area, we are delighted to be recruiting several LSAs to work at a large, welcoming secondary school in Derbyshire. These LSA roles start in January and run until the end of the academic year, with both full-time and flexible opportunities available.
The Role
- Providing 1:1 and small group LSA support for pupils with additional needs
- Working across different year groups and subjects as an LSA
- Assisting teachers and the SEN department to deliver inclusive and engaging lessons
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours as an LSA
- Supporting a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment with the wider LSA team
