Your responsibilities will include:\\n\\n * Covering whole classes for short-term absences of teachers, ensuring continuity of learning.\\n\\n * Delivering planned lessons and activities to individuals, small groups, and whole classes.\\n\\n * Supporting pupils with their learning, both academically and socially, adapting approaches to meet diverse needs.\\n\\n * Assisting with the assessment and tracking of pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers.\\n\\n * Preparing and resourcing learning materials and maintaining a stimulating classroom environment.\\n\\n * Collaborating effectively with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies.\\n\\n * Promoting positive behaviour and fostering a nurturing atmosphere.\\n\\n * Contributing to the wider life of the school, including extra-curricular activities.\\n\\nWe are looking for someone who:\\n\\n * Holds the HLTA qualification or equivalent.\\n\\n * Has proven experience of working in a primary school setting.\\n\\n * Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate pupils.\\n\\n * Possesses a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.\\n\\n * Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.\\n\\n * Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\\n\\n * Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.\\n\\nPlease send your CV and a covering letter outlining your suitability for the role to Amy at Education Personnel.\\n\\nWhy apply through Education Personnel?\\n\\nWe work with you to find your perfect placement!
