Flexible Primary Teachers – Daily & Short-Term Supply (NG18/19 Area)
Location: Mansfield & Surrounding Areas (NG18)
Start Date: Ongoing – Immediate Availability Welcome
Pay Rate: £130–£170 per day
Education Personnel is looking to add adaptable, enthusiastic primary teachers to our supply pool for schools in and around the NG18 area. We support a number of friendly, high-performing primary schools in NG18 and NG19 that regularly require dependable teachers to cover EYFS, KS1 and KS2 on a day-to-day or short-term basis.
If you enjoy stepping into different school environments, value flexibility, and want greater control over your working week, our NG18 supply roles could be an ideal match. Demand in the area is steady, and we are particularly interested in primary teachers who are confident walking into a classroom and delivering engaging lessons with a professional, positive approach. Please note that availability between 7:00–7:30am is essential in order to ensure timely arrival for daily bookings.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Teaching pre-prepared lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Creating a calm, purposeful and supportive learning atmosphere
- Adjusting your teaching style to suit varied classes and year groups
- Following each school’s behaviour policies to maintain an effective learning environment
- Leaving clear notes and feedback for the class teacher at the end of the day
- Approaching each booking with flexibility, professionalism and confidence
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience working within primary settings
- Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new schools and routines
- Strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
- A proactive, dependable and child-focused attitude
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Reliability and availability for short-notice supply calls
