This full-time role offers the opportunity to work across both the Alternative Provision (AP) unit and mainstream secondary classrooms, supporting pupils to achieve their potential in a nurturing and structured environment.

The Role

  • Supporting pupils in the Alternative Provision unit, focusing on engagement, behaviour management, and reintegration into mainstream lessons
  • Assisting teaching staff in general secondary classrooms, delivering structured learning and providing pastoral support
  • Planning and delivering interventions, small group support, and individualised learning opportunities
  • Supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, and behavioural needs
