MFL Teacher (French & German) Location: Derby, DE1 Contract Type: Full time / Temp to perm Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: £130–£230 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities) Experience: Minimum 6 months' teaching experience in a UK secondary school Overview Education Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a progressive and well-respected secondary school in Derby to recruit a dedicated MFL Teacher (French & German) for a full-time position starting ASAP! This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled languages educator to contribute to a thriving department and support students at KS3 & KS4, with the potential to teach KS5. Key Responsibilities * Deliver the KS3 & KS4 French and German curriculum * Plan, prepare, and assess MFL lessons in line with department policy * Monitor student progress and implement appropriate interventions * Contribute to department improvement planning within Modern Foreign Languages * Attend staff meetings, CPD, and parents' evenings as required The Ideal Candidate * Has at least 6 months of classroom teaching experience in French and/or German within a UK secondary setting * Is passionate about language learning and student achievement * Has excellent behaviour management and communication skills * Demonstrates a collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to school life Why apply through Education Personnel?
