Overview: Education Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a progressive and well-respected secondary school in Nottingham to recruit a dedicated Business Studies Teacher for a full-time position starting September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educator to contribute to a thriving department and support students at KS4 and potentially KS5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the KS4 Business Studies curriculum, with KS5 teaching available if experienced
  • Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with department policy
  • Monitor student progress and implement appropriate interventions
  • Contribute to department improvement planning
  • Attend staff meetings, CPD, and parents’ evenings as required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Has at least 6 months of classroom teaching experience in a UK secondary setting
  • Is passionate about Business education and student achievement
  • Has excellent behaviour management and communication skills
  • Demonstrates a collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to school life
