Education Personnel, the leading education recruitment agency across the East Midlands, is working in partnership with a forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school in Cannock to recruit a full-time Assistant SENCo. This is an immediate start role, running until the end of the academic year, with a strong view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

As Assistant SENCo, you will play a key role in supporting the SENCo with the day-to-day coordination of SEN provision, contributing to EHCP processes, liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies, and helping ensure that pupils with additional needs are fully supported to thrive academically and emotionally.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
