Overview: Education Personnel are delighted to be working in partnership with a progressive and well-respected Secondary school in Nottingham to recruit a dedicated Computer Science Teacher for a full-time position, starting April 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Computer Science educator to contribute to a thriving department and support students at KS3-KS4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Key stage 3 and 4 curriculum
- Plan, prepare, and assess KS3/4 lessons in line with school policies
- Monitor student progress and implement appropriate interventions
- Contribute to department improvement planning KS3/4
- Attend staff meetings, CPD, and parents’ evenings as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS/or equivalent
- Has at least 6 months of classroom teaching Key stage 3 and 4 experience in a UK secondary school setting
- Is passionate about primary education and student achievement
- Has excellent behaviour management and communication skills
- Demonstrates a collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to school life
