Education Personnel are partnering with an Alternative Provision in Burton to recruit an AP Teacher for immediate start or January 2027. The role focuses on small-group teaching, tailored curricula, SEMH needs, and trauma-informed practice to re-engage vulnerable learners.
The successful candidate will hold QTS, have at least 6 monthsβ experience in AP/SEN or mainstream settings with strong inclusion focus, and demonstrate resilience, de-escalation skills, and collaborative working with SENCos.
