We are currently seeking experienced Pension Administrators to join our rapidly expanding team based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional support across the organisation, assisting colleagues in delivering expert administration with efficiency and maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity. Primarily, you will provide administrative support to the Payroll and Pensions department, although occasional broader administrative assistance may be required. Your commitment to continuous improvement will drive efforts to enhance working practices and align with our objective of "clarity and consistency" and "working smarter, not harder." This approach will enable us to expand our customer base while maintaining and improving our outstanding level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely provision of data to pension funds, while cultivating effective working relationships to deliver excellent customer service.
- Serve as a Fund process knowledge expert for allocated funds, providing essential administration support to EPM Payroll Teams.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally and accurately, adhering to EPM's Service Level Agreement.
- Take ownership of monthly and annual pension reporting for allocated LGPS funds, ensuring data accuracy through meticulous analysis.
- Assume responsibility for monthly reporting of Teachers Pensions service data, scrutinizing and resolving queries resulting from submissions.
