As an

HR Adviser , you'll become a trusted partner to schools and academy trusts, providing expert HR advice that enables leaders to confidently manage their people. Working alongside a team of experienced HR professionals, you'll build strong customer relationships and provide practical, commercially focused advice across a wide range of HR matters. What You'll Be Doing

Provide expert HR advice to school leaders on employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, contractual changes and organisational change.

Manage complex employee relations cases, including drafting documentation and attending meetings where required.

Build trusted relationships with customers, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Work closely with colleagues across HR, Payroll and Pensions to provide a seamless service.

Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice.

Support continuous improvement projects and contribute to developing our HR service.

About You

You'll have: CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).

Strong generalist HR experience.

Experience managing employee relations cases.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive, customer-focused approach.

Education sector experience is desirable but not essential.
