As a HR Consultant reporting into the Head of Consultancy you will be responsible for supporting a wide variety of schools with their HR needs. You will be identifying and following up on leads for consultancy based work within schools and delivery of assignments generated by yourself and others. This role would suit highly experienced HR professionals with a strong commercial outlook looking for their next step up or a new and exciting challenge. Experience working within an education or similar environment is highly desirable but not essential.
