About the role
We\’re looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our People Team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build broad HR experience.
You\’ll play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring our people processes run smoothly and delivering a positive experience for colleagues across the business.
What you\’ll be doing
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries
- Assisting with recruitment coordination (interviews, scheduling, comms)
- Supporting payroll processes and benefits administration
- Helping to ensure compliance with company policies and employment legislation
- Providing general administrative support to the People Team
What we\’re looking for
- Previous administrative experience (HR experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Interest in developing a career in HR
