The post holder will act as a trusted adviser to school leaders, offering proactive and solution-focused advice on complex employee relations matters, workforce planning, performance management, and organisational change. By building strong professional relationships, the HR Adviser will contribute to creating positive working environments that support staff well being, effective leadership, and the delivery of high-quality education.
