Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our friendly and growing team in Huntingdon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration experience who enjoys being the person people can rely on. You'll be one of the first points of contact for EPM, helping customers and colleagues with their queries, resolving issues where possible, and making sure every interaction is handled professionally and with a personal touch.

What will you be doing? As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you'll play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience across EPM.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a first point of contact for customer and internal enquiries via telephone and email
Managing the customer service inbox and client communication platform, ensuring queries are responded to within agreed SLAs
Taking ownership of customer issues and proactively seeing them through to resolution
Liaising with teams across EPM, including operational, payroll, HR and technical teams
Supporting the wider EPM team with administration and operational task
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and genuinely cares about providing great customer service.
You'll ideally have:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
The ability to remain calm and resilient in a busy, fast-paced environment
The ability to work collaboratively with different teams
A proactive approach and a willingness to take ownership and find solutions
Previous experience in a customer-focused role is desirable , as is experience using ticketing or customer communication systems.
