This is the perfect role if you're looking to build a meaningful career in payroll and pensions while working in a supportive, progressive, and people-focused company.You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gain valuable skills through structured training, and benefit fromcareer progression pathways ,hybrid working , andemployee wellbeing initiativesthat support you both professionally and personally.What You'll Be DoingSupporting the Payroll & Pensions Team with essential admin tasksUploading payroll reports and assisting during busy periods or staff absencesInputting and checking payroll data in line with audit and compliance requirementsHandling queries via phone and our online ticketing system with professionalismAssisting with the processing of forms such as P45s, maternity schedules, and pension documentationLiaising with HR and internal teams to ensure deadlines are metMaintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all timesContributing to a balanced, accurate monthly payroll processParticipating in training and development to stay up to date with regulationsWhat We're Looking ForEssential:GCSEs (Grade 9–5) including Maths and English (or equivalent)Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)Excellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time-management skillsA team player with a proactive, positive attitudeDesirable:Previous admin experience, ideally in payroll, pensions, HR, or financeTPBN1_UKTJ
