Purpose of the Role:
To undertake HR Consultancy assignments on an as required basis, within own areas of expertise, as assigned by the company. To adopt the EPM consultancy model when acting as an agent of the company to ensure seamless delivery of consultancy support to EPM customers of a high standard.
To be successful:
CIPD level 5+
Not barred from working in education settings or the subject of ongoing criminal or safeguarding investigations.
