We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant / Grad TA to join an Ofsted rated Outstanding primary school in Bridgwater. This is a full-time role supporting pupils throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom, helping them to flourish academically, socially and emotionally within a warm, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued. The Role:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required
- Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
