The Role
As a Business Studies Teacher, you will
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stages 4 and 5.
- Inspire students to develop entrepreneurial thinking, commercial awareness, and financial literacy.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where all students can succeed.
- Monitor, assess, and support student progress, providing meaningful feedback to drive achievement.
- Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities within the department.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
About You
The successful candidate will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching Business Studies within a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for business, enterprise, and economics.
- Have high expectations of student achievement, behaviour, and engagement.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Be committed to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practice.
