We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant / TA to join an Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ primary school in Upton Noble. This is a full-time role supporting pupils throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom, helping them to flourish academically, socially and emotionally within a warm, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is valued.

The school is highly regarded within the local community and prides itself on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both pupils and staff. The Role:

  • General Teaching Assistant / TA
  • Supporting pupils within class, on a 1:1 and small-group basis
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

  • Encouraging independence, confidence and social skills
