We are currently looking for committed and passionate Learning Support Assistants to provide comprehensive support to teachers and pupils across a number of our trusted primary schools throughout Somerset. The Role: Day to day support in the classroom, assisting with behaviour management throughout lessons. Engaging with, and supporting a range of children, some with SEN. Create a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and grow. Our Ideal candidate will have: Empathy and patience together with a personable and trusting approach. The ability to demonstrate calmness, flexibility, and resilience in challenging situations. A true desire to support children with both educational and pastoral needs.
