We are currently recruiting passionate and qualified Secondary Supply Teachers to join our dedicated supply team in Dorset and surrounding areas! If you are a qualified teacher (with QTS) seeking flexible opportunities, wanting to maintain your work-life balance, or looking to gain experience across different schools while specialising in your subject — we have fantastic placements waiting for you.
We have particularly high demand for specialists in the following subjects:
- PE (including team sports, fitness, outdoor education)
- Humanities (History, Geography, RE)
- Languages (French, Spanish, German and others)
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths — especially Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science)
- English (including Literature, Language, and GCSE/A-Level preparation)

What we are looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (ECTs welcome!)
- Proven experience teaching in secondary settings (NQT/ECT year or more preferred, but we value strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm)
- Strong subject expertise in PE, Humanities, Languages, STEM, or English — or willingness to cover general lessons
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one — we can guide you through the process)
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to high standards of teaching and student engagement
- Positive classroom management skills and a passion for inspiring young people
