We’re looking for a passionate Videography Intern to join our Marketing & Communications team and play a hands-on role in producing compelling digital content across our college group. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in videography, photography, content creation and wider marketing—working alongside experienced creatives, gaining real industry experience, and contributing to meaningful work that supports our mission to unlock potential, create opportunities, and transform lives.
About The Role
- Assist in the creation of in-house content (including copywriting, video production and photography) for distribution across multiple channels.
- Support the Video Producer with recording, repurposing, and editing video content to be used on group and college digital channels including social media and websites (Experience using videography equipment and software such as Adobe Premier is desirable, but training will be given).
- Plan and manage the creation of content to time and budget, using a range of content tools.
- Align to the group’s brand identity within the content produced.
- Repurpose content to ensure all videography and photography is used to its full potential and drive opportunities to enhance engagement through creative.
- Support creation of marketing collateral (such as social media graphics/flyers etc) to support the Graphic Design function (Adobe Photoshop/InDesign experience desirable but training will be given).
General Marketing responsibilities
- Assist with key deliverables of the marketing plan, in conjunction with the aligned Lead or relevant Manager.
- Provide general administrative assistance as required including diary management, equipment set up and note taking (Microsoft Word and Excel experience and knowledge essential).

About The Candidate
We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Videography Intern to support our Marketing & Communications team in producing engaging digital content for our college group. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in videography, content creation and marketing within a supportive, collaborative environment, with strong attention to detail and a keen eye for creative shots. Organisation will be critical within this role as there will be a requirement to drive your own diary management and liaise with many stakeholders on multiple projects simultaneously.
You’ll work closely with our Video Producer, Creative Studio Lead, wider marketing team and a large number of stakeholders internally and externally, to help create, edit and repurpose video and photography content for use across social media platforms and our websites. From filming and editing to planning content and supporting wider marketing activity, you’ll be involved in the full content creation process. While experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop or InDesign is desirable, full training will be provided.
Alongside creative work, you’ll also support the delivery of key marketing projects and provide general administrative assistance where required. This is a varied role that will suit someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to develop their creative and professional skills.
You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, work effectively both individually and collaboratively across teams, and take a positive, solutions-focused approach to your work, while representing the Marketing & Communications team professionally across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
