In addition, for roles in high‑need subjects or regions you may also benefit from the government’s targeted retention incentive payments, worth up to £6,000 for eligible teachers in their first five years and teaching certain shortage subjects. This role involves delivering high‑quality teaching in Brickwork, supporting curriculum development, and ensuring outstanding learner experiences. - Plan and deliver engaging Brickwork lessons to a range of learners.
- Develop and update curriculum materials to meet industry standards.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in practical sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and resources.
- Support learners in achieving their qualifications and career goals.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 (or higher) Brickwork qualification.
- English and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent.
- Proven industry experience in Brickwork.
- Ability to deliver practical and theoretical lessons effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
- Teaching qualification or willingness to achieve one.
- Experience in curriculum development.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in Brickwork.
