You’ll have the opportunity to:

New to Teaching? We’ll Invest in You
You do not need to be a qualified teacher to get started. If you have relevant industry experience in esports, gaming, media production, digital content, streaming, sport, or a related creative sector, we can support your move into education with:
- Funded teacher training and qualifications
- Ongoing CPD and industry development opportunities
- Mentoring and support from experienced teaching professionals
- Career progression pathways into leadership and curriculum management
You may also be eligible for:
- Taking Teaching Further (TTF), funded support to retrain as an FE teacher
- Government Targeted Retention Incentive payments, worth up to £6,000 for eligible teaching roles and subject areas (Eligibility varies depending on role and criteria.)

- Knowledge of the esports ecosystem, including competitive gaming, broadcasting, events, or audience engagement
- Experience creating digital content, media production, live streaming, or branded content
- A passion for developing talent and inspiring learners
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organisational skills
Teaching qualifications are welcomed but not essential; if you bring the industry expertise, we’ll support you with the rest.
