About the Role
Working within a close knit Estates team, you will assist in providing 'soft services' to the college group.
Role Responsibilities
- Opening and securing college campuses
- Carrying out basic repairs
- Completion of planned preventative maintenance schedules
- Setting up furniture as and when required
- Removal of litter and waste daily
- Supervision of contractors and visitors
Qualifications
- A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites to cover a shift system between 06:00 and 23:00
- Use of hand tools
