About the Candidate
The post holder will have the ability to pro-actively build relationships with a range of stakeholders, growing our existing apprenticeship referral network. Good organisational skills are an essential requirement for this role.
About the Role
The Apprenticeship Recruitment and Engagement Officer plays a key role in promoting apprenticeships as a career opportunity to potential candidates. The successful candidate will co-ordinate the application process for candidates applying for EPNE's employer apprenticeship vacancies. The postholder will work with the College's Business Development Team and employers to fill apprenticeship vacancies.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage EPNE's employer apprenticeship vacancies
- Work directly with employers to fill apprenticeship vacancies
- Manage EPNE's apprenticeship candidate Bank
- Promote apprenticeships internally to EPNE's current students
- Promote the benefits of apprenticeships externally
Qualifications
- Grade 4 GCSE Maths and English or above
- Experience of working to targets
- Good organisational skills
- Experience of organising events
- Experience of Recruitment
- Experience of working in Further Education
