About The Candidate: We seek a proactive, detail-driven Graphic Designer who takes pride in producing high-quality work and delivering projects right the first time. You will support CTEC marketing collateral across print and digital channels, while supporting the wider Creative Team at EPNE.

About The Role: Working closely with the Creative Studio Lead and Graphic Designer, you will deliver high-quality design for print and digital channels in line with CTEC and EPNE marketing strategies. The role involves supporting internal teams with engaging design, editing photography (and ideally video), managing shared digital assets, and assisting with the maintenance of digital systems that promote courses, events and opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Produce engaging on- and offline designs in line with CTEC and EPNE marketing strategies.
  • Edit photographs and video for use across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Support the Creative Team and wider Marketing and Communications Team during busy periods.

Qualifications: Undergraduate Degree in a related discipline or relevant design experience.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Extensive knowledge of pre-press and post-press production processes.
  • Strong understanding of branding.
  • Experience working with MacOS.
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking.
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
