Estates Technician

Location: Any Campus

Salary: £25,949 per annum

Post Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and securing sites
  • Carrying out basic repairs
  • Completion of planned preventative maintenance schedules
  • Setting up furniture as required
  • Removal of litter and waste daily
  • Supervision of contractors and visitors

Qualifications

  • A driving licence and the ability to travel between sites to cover a shift system between 06:00 and 23:00

  • Use of hand tools
  • Manual handling
  • Record keeping
