Responsibilities

  • Trade Lecturers: Deliver engaging and practical lessons in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Welding or Automotive to help students build hands-on skills and gain the technical knowledge needed to succeed in their careers.
  • Programme Leads: Oversee the delivery of engineering programmes, manage a team of educators and ensure the curriculum aligns with industry standards.
  • Curriculum Managers: Develop and manage high-quality curriculum content to provide a comprehensive, practical education in the chosen trade.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Expertise in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Welding or Automotive.
  • Previous experience in the relevant trade industry is essential.
  • No formal teaching qualifications are required at this stage; training can be provided to support obtaining teaching qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their potential.
