Key Roles and Responsibilities
Lecturers: Deliver engaging lessons in Health, guiding students through the curriculum and providing the support and motivation they need to succeed academically. Develop practical lessons that help students build knowledge and skills for their future careers.
Programme Leads: Oversee the successful delivery of Health programmes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of teaching, learning, and assessment. Lead a team of educators and support students throughout their academic journey.
Curriculum Managers: Design and manage innovative, inclusive Health curriculum content that aligns with the needs of learners, ensuring a balanced and enriching learning experience.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
Strong background in a Health & Care based role with experience teaching A-Level or GCSE (or equivalent).
Relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE, Cert Ed, or similar) and a passion for education.
Strong organisational and leadership skills, particularly for Programme Lead and Curriculum Manager roles.
Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a positive learning environment.
