Join our team as a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Lecturer – no teaching qualification required! At EPNE, we're passionate about transforming lives through education, and we're looking for a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) Lecturer to join us. If you have industry experience in the RAC field and a desire to inspire the next generation of HVAC professionals, we want to hear from you.
We're seeking a candidate who is eager to pass on their expertise to Level 3 Apprentices, delivering practical and theoretical lessons on the principles of RAC systems. While a teaching qualification is ideal, we are happy to support the successful candidate with training and qualifications as part of your professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach both theoretical and practical aspects of RAC systems, including thermodynamics, heat transfer, and system operation.
- Provide hands-on training in workshop environments to develop students' skills in maintenance, repair, and installation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate the latest developments into the curriculum.
- Assess apprentices' progress, offer constructive feedback, and provide guidance for their career development.
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant industry subject.
- At least two years of industry experience with up-to-date knowledge of standard practices.
- A passion for teaching and helping students achieve their potential.
