Education Partnership North East (EPNE) is recruiting an Estates Assistant to join our busy Estates Team.

You will help deliver a safe, clean and welcoming environment for learners, staff and visitors, with a proactive approach to day-to-day operations.

The role covers campus opening and closing, general site upkeep, basic maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, room setups, waste management and ensuring presentation, safety and functionality of our buildings and grounds.
