Are you a Team Teach Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and promoting positive behaviour in the classroom? Do you have Team Teach training and a commitment to making a real difference in young lives?
We are currently seeking a Team Teach Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Bingley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in behaviour support and a nurturing approach to learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Support pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social needs, using Team Teach strategies
- Promote a safe and positive learning environment
- Assist with classroom activities, group work, and one-to-one support
- Help manage challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner
- Team Teach certification - must be valid
- Experience working with children with SEN and SEMH needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
