The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 Β£ per year.

We are working with a specialist SEN provision and are looking to recruit a highly experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, working 8:30am to 3:30pm, supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs in a structured and supportive environment.

The role includes:

  • Providing 1:1 and small group SEN support
  • Supporting pupils with learning, communication and emotional regulation
  • Implementing strategies to support behaviour and engagement
  • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
  • Creating a calm, consistent and nurturing environment

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Is confident supporting pupils with additional needs
  • Is patient, resilient and proactive
  • Can commit to a full-time, long-term role
