Role: SEN Learning Support Assistant
Location: Durham DH1
Hours: 5 days per week 8:30 am- 4:30 pm
Start Date: As soon as compliance cleared

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and group support to students with autism and learning disabilities in a college setting.
Assist students in their academic and personal development.
Support the teaching staff in managing the classroom and creating an inclusive learning environment.
Help with everyday tasks and encourage independence in students.Requirements:

Understanding of autism and/or experience in health and social care or supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
