Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of learning activities
  • Providing one-to-one and small group interventions
  • Assisting in the assessment of pupil progress
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

  • A qualified HLTA (or experienced TA with relevant training and experience)
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Confidence to lead classes when required
  • A flexible, proactive, and nurturing approach
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
