We are working with a specialist SEN provision and are looking to recruit a highly experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long‑term basis. This is a full‑time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs in a structured and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support
  • Support pupils with learning, communication and emotional regulation
  • Implement strategies to support behaviour and engagement
  • Work closely with teachers and SEN staff
  • Create a calm, consistent and nurturing environment
